Are we able to reschedule date if our itinerary can not make for the exact date that we now booked for?

Where do you pick people up from in Barcelona? At their hotels or at a central meeting place? Do your buses have toilets on them? Can you recommend hotels in Barcelona and Madrid? Can you pay in Euros as I thought both Tour Radar and VPT were registered European Companies.

In Barcelona, the pick up point is Catalonia Barcelona 505 Hotel. In our buses we don't have toilets, because it is forbidden by the law, but we do stops every 200 kilometers or every 2 hours. In case of booking, we can recommend you hotels in Barcelona and Madrid. For the payment, you have to talk directly with Tourradar.

We are interested in seeing other parts of Spain.

If you book through Tourradar, they will give you the agreed-upon commission. If you want to work directly with us, please email us and we will send you a collaboration agreement.

The tour departs from Barcelona and ends in Madrid, but it does not include accommodation in these cities at the beginning or at the end of the trip, so we recommend you to book a pre-tour night in Barcelona and a post-tour night in Madrid. That is to say, the tour starts in Barcelona at 08:00 in the direction of Madrid, where you have one night included and the next morning you leave for Seville / Cordoba / Granada / Toledo and you finish the services when you arrive in Madrid. The approximate time of arrival is 17:30.

I have a few recommendations for the organizer: Madrid visit: It was part of the tour, but we only stayed there briefly in the afternoon (from 6 p.m.), which isn’t enough time to really see the city. It might be better to remove Madrid from the list or extend the stay. 1. Food preferences: When people register, please ask about allergies and dietary preferences (e.g., vegan or not) so meals can be better arranged. 2. Meal options: For the dinners provided, it would be nice to offer two choices — one selected by you and another within the same budget — so people can choose freely instead of having a fixed meal. 3. Hotel locations: Please consider booking hotels near the airport or metro stations to make starting the tour easier. 4. Group size: It would be great to let people choose between a small or large group. This has been a dream of mine for years to go to Spain. I booked this tour for my daughter & I. From the moment we were picked up we felt so comfortable and at home. Our tour guides are kind, caring and have a wealth of knowledge of all the towns we visited. Ourvbus drivers were excellent, we always felt safe. The hotels we stayed in were lovely except for the one in Granada, it was old & needed renovating. We laughed a lot and really enjoyed out time. This tour was excellent and much more than I had expected. I definitely recommend this company. Money well worth spent. The towns we visited are spectacular. We arrived one day earlier to see Barcelona as this was not included in the tour. Our meals were lovely. We had enough free time to explore each town we visited. We have enjoyed our time and would like to thank Beatriz in the office who promptly replied to all my messages. Thankyou to Maria, Quadalupe & Miguel our beautiful guides and our bus drivers Davide, &Miguel who made us feel safe & comfortable. We were able to charge our phones on the bus and had free WiFi.   Our tours are guaranteed, even if only the four of you are travelling. They are open to the public, so depending on the departure, we will have more or less passengers signed up, but we cannot give you a specific number. If there are fewer than 12 passengers travelling, and in accordance with our general conditions, you will be assigned an experienced driver-guide, while local visits will always be conducted by a local guide. Regarding date changes, as long as you notify us at least one month in advance, we can change your date. Please keep in mind that the earlier you notify us, the better, so as not to incur hotel expenses.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 30 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
