I feel like the tour guide on the bus could’ve provided us with more information while we were traveling, however, because the tour was not just in English. It was also in Spanish, this created more complicated and made it difficult to sometimes understand.Show more

Recommended for English speaking tourist to go as the tour coordinator (not tour guide) speaks simple English only (perhaps depending on your luck). Communication on the daily itinerary- need to be timely and inform to all tour members. Some were not informed of the changes and they missed the bus ride back to hotels. The dissemination of information during the tour has to be done in a more proper way. Food - bad! 2 night of buffets - salad bar, soup and cold pastas / drumstick / fish fillets, 1 night - pumpkin soup, beef stew with potatoes. No alternative for vegetarian and non beef eaters despite declaring our dietary restrictions during booking. Hotel - below 3 stars standard. Was away from town in Seville. No water available in the room. No access to hot water during stay. - Mir· February 25th, 2024Our trip from Madrid to Barcelona had quite a few gaps. Firstly, no detail itenrary regarding which hotels or no info of optional tours with prices was provided e.g. we were asked to pay cash for the castle tour about which we were totally clueless. We pay by card on travels & carry limited cash so this should have been informed. Secondly, the Bus was comfortable but did not have USB ports which is crucial for long travels. Thirdly, the last two days were a waste as we weren’t shown any highlights as such in Valencia except the Arts building structures where we could take pictures for few minutes and no highlights in Barcelona although we did have the time being our fifth day but the time management was absurd as we left Valencia 10am in the morning which was pretty late and reached Barcelona roughly 3pm and that was it. We paid for a tour service not a bus commute which we could have easily managed on our own too. Fourthly, they do not show you ANYTHING in Madrid or Barcelona except the commute to and from these locations. Now for the good part, our tour guide Andrea was nice and helpful. We got stuck at Nevada mall in Valencia, couldn’t find a cab nor the cab service was responding on call. We weren’t familiar with the tram and couldn’t experiment due to lack of time so we contacted Andrea via WhatsApp and she assisted accordingly. Our driver Miguel was also cordial and drove safely throughout. Our tour to Cordoba and Seville were main highlights which we did enjoy. Having to provide information simultaneously in Spanish and English was not such an easy task, but he handled it with apparent ease. He was very mindful of group dynamics and kept a close watch on all to make sure no one was left behind at any stops. Also, our driver, Pedro, was super. The hotels were all fine with good breakfast buffets.
