Why the very strict rules about luggage weights/sizes? This is the only tour company where we have found this, even pre-Covid.

    • Insight VacationsOperatorWritten May 2022

We have those requirements to make sure all guests can bring their checked bag, carry-on, and personal item. On board the coach we do not have closing overhead bins so for everyone's safety they have to fit under the seat in front of them. It is a motorcoach so storage is not as expansive as one might experience on a plane.
