The only thing I would suggest to improve is the first contact as I asked the hotel to call the number I had to know the details for the real first day of tour (pick up and so on).

Tour guide Abdul was excellent but tour itself only okay. Tour itself can only be considered as 5 day because only commenced with guide on the Saturday and finished with guide on the Wednesday. Many of imperial palaces only seen from outside for photographic purposes and too much time spent on the bus. The WAZO hotel very poor with it's facilities and customer service. No water or coffee facilities in room and no facilities to grab coffee or snacks in the hotel. Externally quite attractive but inside lacking. Food was mediocre, bland and tepid. Should not be used for the tour. The other hotels were better and of a higher standard. In conclusion would not particularly recommend this tour for those not physically fit as there was a lot of walking and the fact it was advertised for people up to the age of 99 was misleading.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
