I booked a trip for two weeks with tourradar for a tour in turkey. Our tour company name in Turkey was Tour Altinkum Travel. It was a horrible tour. All hotels were one or two star even they promised a 4 and 5 stars. The food was terrible in a very cheap restaurant. In our tour it was always a shopping tour or outlet company. We had to spent hours in these outlet as they were in the middle of nowhere and nothing else to do. They trying very hard to sell you very expensive leader or jewelry. We paid a few thousand dollars and we did not get anything worth. This company do not deliver what they promises. Our tour manager name was SADAF which was very ruth and unpleasant. Never had such a bad experience with any other tours we been for. Do not waste your money on this company. Never again.Show more

My biggest complaint is that we at historical sites in the middle of the day in the boiling hot sun. It is not healthy for anyone especially older folks like us.It should be arranged so you can visit these places early morning. Also my other complaint is you do not give people water. Every tour group I have gone with gives water, especially with the heat we experienced. Some days were ove 100°F. Thank you for allowing me to send you this review.Show more

However, have to remind all that your experience will very much depend on your agent. We have a few groups also with tour radar but different agents and our treatment differs. During one the transfer, the driver dropped us at a wrong hotel. When we rang our agent there was no pick up but luckily the other group managed to get hold of their agent and settled the issue. Later on, our agent claimed that he or she was on watsapp laptop and could not pick up any call ????? On the last day of transfer, we were not issued the air ticket and it was later the other group told us to scan our passport to get the boarding pass. We text our agent because we have given up calling and there was no reply till today when we are back. pretty awesome So good lucky.Show more

Personally I like knowing the operators and this company uses/requires "what's app" to communicate (so not very personal) that also means you must have WiFi to get and give info....if there was a downfall, that was it for me. That said, the tour operators were always helpful and tried to accommodate last minute changes, etc., the places I visited were wonderful, all of the hotels were first class (save one that was pretty dated) and were located in the center of the action (which was great and easy for walking around). The tours and guides were on-time and very knowledgeable. As stated, This was an awesome tour and I can recommend it and them. 👍🙋‍♂️Show more
