Itinerary
- Day 1
Charlotte to Blue Ridge Parkway
A driver will pick you up from Charlotte Airport and take you to your hotel near the Blue Ridge Parkway. On the way, you'll stop at Blowing Rock to see the views overlooking Johns River Gorge, which drops about 3,000 feet below. After you arrive at your hotel, the rest of the evening is free to explore the area at your own pace.

- Day 2
Grandfather Mountain
Following breakfast, you're heading to Grandfather Mountain, the highest peak on the Blue Ridge's eastern side. You'll walk across the Mile High Swinging Bridge, which is America's highest suspension footbridge at 5,280 feet. From there, you can hike MacRae Peak using cables and ladders for the ascent. The group will make a photo stop at Linn Cove Viaduct, then do a short hike at Linville Gorge to see the waterfalls. By evening you'll be at your hotel in Spruce Pine.

Mount Mitchell to Cherokee
After breakfast, the group heads toward Cherokee with several photo stops and hikes along the way. You'll start at Mount Mitchell, the highest peak in mainland eastern North America, and do the short Summit Trail hike. Then you move to Craggy Gardens for a 1.4-mile round-trip hike up to Craggy Pinnacle, where you get 360-degree views from the top. Before heading to your Cherokee hotel, there's a stop at Richland Balsam, the highest point on the Blue Ridge Parkway itself.

Great Smoky Mountains
Today you have options for exploring the Great Smoky Mountains. You can choose between Charlies Bunion, which offers mountain views from the Appalachian Trail, or Clingmans Dome at Tennessee's highest point, or the Laurel Falls waterfall hike. Once you finish your hike choice, you'll have free time in Gatlinburg for the evening before your last night.

The tour ends today. A driver will transfer you from Gatlinburg to Knoxville Airport for your departure flight. You'll head home with memories of hiking through the Blue Ridge Mountains and Great Smoky Mountains.
