Nicaragua was the last country in central America we visited. This is a country of lakes and volcanoes. The weather was perfect in February for a visit of the mix of history and scenery. To extend the tour we also visited Managua and Leon by our own. Our hotel at San Juan del Sur is located in a very touristic area and it was very noisy during the weekends. It's better to avoid to stay in this area during the weekends if one is bothered by music noises.Show more

AVOID THIS COMPANY. This company is very unethical and takes advantage of tourists, especially those from America. This company told us many lies that we caught them in. Through research, I found many stories similar to ours, that this tour company has engaged in, which is taking advantage of American tourists specifically. This is very unfortunate and unacceptable. There are many tours companies to choose from, so when doing so, I would recommend avoiding this company due to an aggressive amount of unnecessary stress.Show more

Dear Chad, we are sorry about the inconveniences, but you should keep in mind that we offered you a credit for 8 months afterthe original departure date of your tour, even when your cancellation was between the stipulated time for 100% penalties for cancelling. After more than 2 years, you ask us to give you the services for free. We were open to give you the tour or a refund, none of the boths you were happy with. Hundreds of passengers travel with the services our company offers and they are more than happy and grateful with us, it's a shame you say these without keeping in mind we always tried to help you. - Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 25th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 25th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Aborigen Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Aborigen Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Aborigen Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
