Flights can be either to/from Quito or Guayaquil. We have a free domestic flights promotion, so the price includes these tickets. The entrance fee is not included.

Do you have any Galapagos cruises departing April 2023?

We do have cruises departing in April 2023. For this 8 day specific tour we have a departure from April 13 to 20/2023. We also have 4, 5, 7, 9, 12 day cruises.

What insurance is recommended? What should a policy cover?

The insurance of preference. We recommend to acquire the most complete insurance that the company of your preference offers. It should cover cancellations due to covid or illness.

I have a folding mini electric scooter that I travel with. I use it when there is extensive walking. When folded it measures 30 inches length, 18 inches wide, 12 inches depth. will I be able to store this on the various ways of transportation?

The Galapagos Islands surfaces are uneven as they can be sandy or rocky. Consequently, I am afraid your mini scooter will not work for walks on the Galapagos. Excursions are two to three hours long but go really slow as our guide stops to give explanations about the wildlife and history at each site and for travelers to take pictures.

  I am not sure I understand. Where would I store my scooter? I can walk at slow pace and stop to rest. Then pick up. I just finished a 6 day trip through the Mojave Desert where we biked 20 miles a day. I just struggle walking far. If the rocks and sand is too much I do not mind sitting resting and doing yoga.

  Storing the scooter is not a problem. We can ask the crew to store it for you in the boat. If you cannot make the walk, we can take you on a dingy ride where you can observe the island shores and cliffs if the Galapagos National Park authorizes it. Otherwise, you can stay on board and do yoga.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Via Natura Ecuador. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Via Natura Ecuador will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
