We were in Bolivia 12D/11N adventure. We had to travel from Uyni to Potosi and from Potosi to Sucre by local,cheap...
We were in Bolivia 12D/11N adventure. We had to travel from Uyni to Potosi and from Potosi to Sucre by local,cheap dangerous buses. It was terrible 2 Journeys. There was not safebelts for passengers,driver drove overspeed, passed vehicles when it was not allowed etc.We askel Bambatravel to organise us a safer bus but they refused to do it. Finally we got enough about dangerous local buses and we paid ourselves flight from Sucre to La paz. Communication with Bambatravel was poor and slow and they told us false information about hotels we stayed.The worst a touroperator can do to their clients is to ignore their safety. And they did it to us. Avoud this company!Show more

The communication in advance of the trip could’ve been clearer as I wasn’t informed of the correct service provider and went to the wrong company when o arrived in uyuni and the only I reason I saw the taxi provider and tour providers names was because of the tiny link on the page when I clicked the link on the email, this could be clearer in a separate email.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Bamba Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 90 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
