      Good morning. All our tours are set dates. Most we only have one departure in January which is mid Jan. You can do 2 tours back to back, but we cannot do half of one tour and half of another tour. The only tours I can offer in early Jan would be with our sister brand Globus. We do have some independent offerings. You don't travel round with a group, you are just in your own party.

      The available departure is August 12, 2023. Once we know what date you would like to travel, we will be able to see the amount of people that will be on the tour with you. The optional excursions along with the price will be included in the travel packet once your booked.

    Could that VFA-JNB flight become a VFA-CPT flight somehow? It would save us a stop in JNB and it looks like the cost difference in the two wouldn't break the bank maybe

    What hotels are used in this package? Does the coach have a toilet? Is this trip good for a person using a walker, I have MS.

      Hotels are not confirmed until approximately 30 days prior to departure. The hotels we have listed as examples are: Johannesburg- Garden Court Sandton City, Kruger National Park Area- Protea Hotel by Marriott Kruger Gate, Cape Town- SunSquare Cape Town Gardens. The motorcoaches used in South Africa do not have toilets/washrooms, neither do safari vehicles. The suitability for this tour is up to you. If we are able to accommodate the walker itself, it may not be suitable to use during the tour, particularly during the safari excursions, where the ground is uneven. We are not able to slow the group down in order for you to catch up. Overall, I believe you would have to decide if you are able to take this tour.

Victoria Falls: The Kingdom At Victoria Falls. Optional Excursions: Cape Town: Cape Winelands, Hermanus Whale Watching (Private). Victoria Falls: Helicopter Flight Over Victoria Falls, Home Hosted Dinner. You can opt out of scheduled/included activities. You will never be forced to do any activities.

    Is the tour actually about $4200 plus international airfare now?

      The base price does not include the Intra-Vacation air, which is added on at booking. The price for the September 9, 2023 tour date is $3059 per person and the intra-vacation air is $1129 per person. Total per person is $4188 not including the international airfare.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before May 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Cosmos. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Cosmos will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
