Dear Sarvani, we are happy you loved our guide and the hotel staff. Sorry the location of the hotel was not what you expected, although we confirmed the hotel name some months in advance and you didn’t tell us anything about the location and you even informed us that you booked additional night by yourself there, so we expected that location and hotel would suite you. Hotel is located in further part of the city and there is regular public transportation connecting this part of the city and the center. The bus station is some 15 min walking distance from hotel, we are sorry you didn’t contact us for this while you were in Split as we could explain you where to go. Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 8th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 8th, 2026, a minimum payment of 35% is required to confirm your booking with Gulliver Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Gulliver Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
