Sorry the location of the hotel was not what you expected, although we confirmed the hotel name some months in advance and you didn’t tell us anything about the location and you even informed us that you booked additional night by yourself there, so we expected that location and hotel would suite you. Hotel is located in further part of the city and there is regular public transportation connecting this part of the city and the center. The bus station is some 15 min walking distance from hotel, we are sorry you didn’t contact us for this while you were in Split as we could explain you where to go.
