Dear Peter, thank you for this detailed description that will for sure be useful if other clients get the same car rental booked. Regarding hotel rooms, we are sorry they did not fulfill your expectations, if we knew you prefer higher standard rooms we could book them as when doing personalized version this can be adjusted if we know this info in time of booking. Hi Cammy, Thank you for this very detailed feedback that will for sure be interesting to read to all our potential guests. Food and beverage inclusions are as published in our description and drinks are not included, but there might be changes for next year as it is in the plan to include water on board. Boats are small and with limited storage capacity and guests are provided with 2 towels as in inclusions. Regarding Split it is out of anyone’s hands, as authorities confirm in last minute if it will be possible to call in Split and how many boats can do it, due to construction work and this note is added in our description. We are sorry that you did not ask for more explanation about boat type, cabins and other details prior to arrival as we could send you additional information. Thank you for all other comment and suggestions that we will check, share further and see what improvements can be made for future cruise programs. Dear Richard, we are very sorry to read that the program didn't fulfill your expectations. The program you had was not one of our regular tours, but itinerary created by your request. In the message after your request we have sent you suggestion for every day what you could do and visit when going from one place to another. From the first quote sent, it was written what cost you will be invoiced and what services need to be paid on spot, including one way fee and in messages we also mentioned these separate amounts. All hotels were suggested with information about parking facilities., prior to being confirmed. We are very sorry if you expected more, but we really feel that all you requested from us was booked and that all the information were provided. We hope you still managed to enjoy your Croatia visit!
