    Dear Sir/Madam, thank you for your wish to make a review about your experience. Unfortunately we are quite sure you reviewed the wrong tour (as the one you selected is mini cruise program along Dalmatian coast) and also suppose you selected wrong agency, as by our bookings lists we didn't have 3persons booking our self drive tours via TourRadar. Hovewer, we do have that kind of tours and must say that when booking via TourRadar local provider, clients do get "only" hotels and car rental, but there is also someone always available for help, there are TourRadar and local agents assisting in creating itinerary, if requested adding insurance, extra services, suggesting clients what to visit if they are not familiar with the region, giving clients emergency phone number for solving on spot issues if something needed and this are all extra services that client can get. Some towns have better parking solutions, and in some it is better to use local city buses to get from hotel to the center, but this is the same no matter in what way you book the program. Car rental gives you opportunity of exploring more, visiting more places on your way or around each city.

    Dear Andrew, thank you for your review that I hope will help other new clients also to understand this "boat name" procedure. On each of our cruise programs under accommodation it is written: Standard Cabin Category = MY "name of potential boat" or similar. This means that you will be boarded on that potential boat or similar boat of the same category. We can't guarantee exact boat name in advance, but only the category of the boat. Exact name of the boat can be given to clients just few days prior to cruise start when all cabin lists are settled. We are glad that despite this misunderstanding of the boat name, you have enjoyed your cruise and that all else was fantastic!

    Dear Claudette, thank you for your review and we are sorry for the disappointment you had with the cruise. Drinks, including water are not part of free services on the boat and that is usual practice on small boat cruises. The boats are specific and due to their construction and size it can unfortunately happen that sometimes, due to weather conditions and air pressure, the unpleasant smells come to bathroom. The solutions are to close the bathroom doors, open cabin doors and refresh the air until the conditions change. Whenever this happens the crew always tries to find solution, another cabin if there is some available without this issue or at least to help with the refreshing of the cabin air. Unfortunately, we don't have a record that you advised the crew about this and we were also not informed about it during your stay to try to find a solution. We hope that, despite those disappointments, you still managed to enjoy your time on this cruise and exploring our coast and islands!

    Dear Susan, we are very sorry for your disappointment with all the situations and this cruise. We agree that you have made a booking months before but unfortunately 5 weeks before the cruise, we got information that superior boat will not be possible for this date. Some of the ships are occasionally chartered for private groups, making them unavailable for individual bookings, but still visible in the ports, so that is why you could see the boat in some ports. We have immediately and honestly informed you about the issue and the only thing we could do is to suggest you alternatives: a) of the same category boat on different itinerary / b) of lower category boat but upgraded cabin on main deck on itinerary you booked / c) or cancellation. We have honestly informed you that beds on lower category will probably be bunk beds, that comfort and size of standard boat is lower that on superior, and we suggested you to reconsider option A, as this was better comfort solution and partially the tour would visit places as in your original itinerary. All boats used for the cruise are licensed and regularly checked by authorities that give them all needed permissions for the cruise business. We booked the alternative you have chosen, with free upgrade to main deck and also compensation that we approved you immediately with this change of the tour. We regret that we were not given the opportunity to address the matter during your trip. Despite providing contact details for our local representatives in your travel documents (including a QR code in the salon), we were unable to resolve the issue or offer alternatives, such as a cabin change, due to the lack of notification. We hope that you still managed to enjoy the time spent in the ports and visiting our islands and coast!
