We didn't know that you will need 2nd driver permission and that you will use ferries (there is option to take one in Montenegro but not obligatory) as we would inform you in advance about these costs. All booked hotels were officially 4* and till now we never had complaint for hotel in Bosnia but will recheck it for the future. Driving time always depends on traffic and especially crossing borders can take additional time. We are glad that you enjoyed visiting all places and our organization of the program.- SB
