  Our family of three is considering a potential trip to Croatia for 8-9 days in late August to early September 2026. We plan to arrive at and also depart from Dubrovnik. We would like to visit Dubrovnik, Split, Krka National Parks, if possible, Hvar and Plitvice Lakes. We understand 8-9 days may not be able to accommodate all of these, if not rushed. We need one hotel room for 3 people each night, preferably newer, clean (no pet and non-smoking), quiet, not too far from local restaurants. Do you have travel plan options that can accommodate such interests? If so, can you provide details?

    I have made a quote attached just to start with planning and then we can make adjustments, change number of days, change hotels. Not sure how old is your child (I have put 10 yrs) so rate can change depending on child age. Not sure what hotel category you prefer, so I have put 4*. For Krka and Plitvice I have selected two private excursions from Split, but if you prefer to do the program with other clients I can look for group tour, it would also be cheaper option than private. I created itinerary from Dubrovnik to take a fast regular boat to Hvar (boat travel is from 8am till 11h40 am or we can book afternoon 2h55pm boat). On day to explore Hvar town should be enough. Travel to Split and visit Split town. Next two days for excursions to Plitvice and Krka. I think this is the best way as going to Plitvice for one night and returning next day would be losing a lot of time and would cost much more than excursion option. Return to Dubrovnik for one extra night prior to your departure.

Select the travel date, leave Travelers 1 and you will be able to see Double, Triple, Single rooms and will need to select Single: Single Room | Superior Hotel Category Private Full rate €2,600 Current rate with special offer € 2,210 per Traveler

    We don't have this guided tour as a private, but if you like itinerary we could book it with car rental so you drive and do the visits on your own.

    I don't want to drive because we are both over 70 and can't get rental cars or insurance.

    We work with car rental company that accepts drivers over 70 years with a valid driver's license and what I know insurances and other conditions apply just as for clients of other age, but I can agree that it would be more comfortable that someone else drives you.

  I have mobility issues and travel with a collapsible wheelchair. I can do steps onto a bus. Looking at DiscoverCroatia, do you think I would me able to do any of the tours? My spouse helps me with the wheelchair

    Unfortunately, it is not created as suitable for clients with limited mobility and it could be challenging due to daily program and walking daily tours included where we can't guarantee that it will all be accessible to wheelchair. We have just few group tours available, but unfortunately none of them created as suitable for persons with limited mobility.
