  Can you please confirm exactly what the charges would be to do this tour in AUD. IE can you also provide what additional costs there would for any entrance fees, any additional land transport costs, etc above the quoted fee of $976 AUD pp. Also what are the costs of a return domestic flight from Istanbul and Cappadocia and times of flights. Are we also guaranteed the hotels shown on the package itinerary and if not which hotels would they be and when are the hotels confirmed with the package. Is it at time of booking or when the tour starts? If we request room upgrades in that hotel is it a charge from the hotel or added to our tour cost?

    If we book our own airline tickets from Istanbul to Cappadocia is it Nevşehir Airport we book to fly in to and what time should the flights arrive in the morning in to Cappadocia to make the first tour? Also confirming that the trip cost does include all the pickups and drops offs to and from the airports to the hotels booked on the tour including from istanbul to airport for our flights to and from Cappadocia if we make our own flight bookings for those internal flights? If we had you book our flights which airline would you book us on? Also if we wanted to also stay at the same hotel in Istanbul for an extra night after we return from Cappadocia can you also book that for us or is it better to make that a seperate booking direct with hotel to include any upgrade requests?

    Nevşehir or Kayseri Airports will both work, we prefer flights arriving either before 8 AM or just slightly after (15-20 past 8 AM) to make sure you make it on time :)
    
    The trip indeed does include all pick-up and drop offs listed.
    
    We usually use Turkish Airlines or Pegasus Airlines depending on flight availability.
    
    We can definitely book you to the same hotel if you requested, however, kindly note that as the tour normally ends upon arrival at Istanbul, roundtrip transfers from and to the airport on the last day after arriving in Istanbul will not be included.

    If we get TourRadar (or City of Sultan tours.. not sure who organises this?) to arrange our return flights from Istanbul to Cappadocia we would request we are booked tickets for 2 people with Turkish airlines (Not Pegasus airlines). There is a flight on 2cnd Sept leaving at 0625 from IST arr Nevshir airport at 0740 then a flight on 5th Sept that we would want to go back to IST on leaving at 1020 and we would want the cheaper Ecofly tickets that just includes 15kg of luggage. If we booked these tickets ourselves now it would be a total of $7440 TRY (About $239 AUD Each) so wanted to confirm if the price would be about the same if you booked them for us? Would we also be booked with other people taking the same tour if they get you to book their tickets also?

    This trip is for our 25th Wedding anniversary which happens to be on the 1st September and we have never been to Turkey. This is why I enquired about a room upgrade at the hotel. If we wanted to request a Sea View room at the Recital Hotel when is this best time to do this ie when do you confirm that this will be the hotel for this tour on 1st to 5th Sept?

    For the tours in Istanbul some of the Tripadvisor reviews have referred to being taken by some company tour guides to carpet, jewellery shops, etc wanting you to buy goods then running out of time to see all the sights on the itinerary. Can we confirm that this will not be the case with your tour itinerary as we have no real interest in going to these shops but want to see the history of Istanbul as per the trip itinerary?

    Hot Air Balloon trip - We are considering doing this but wanted to confirm if we can book it closer to the tour? Can we also confirm which Balloon company you use? Also with payment we have had friends who did the same Hot Air Balloon trip with another tour company and their tour guides advised them to pay cash not credit card as some companies are really bad at giving refunds if it cancelled so they gave their tour guide cash for the Balloon trip and if it was cancelled they gave them back their cash.

    With booking an extra night at the hotel in Istanbul on the 5th Sept when we return to Istanbul like the upgrade request will you be confirming the hotel as soon as we book the tour or will that be confirmed closer to the tour date? We want to stay at which ever hotel we are booked in to in Istanbul for the actual tour so would prefer to have all these bookings confirmed at the same time as our tour booking but just check that the extra night cost if you do the booking for us is competitive or is it cheaper for us to book that night direct with the hotel?

    As the tour does not include a transfer from Istanbul Airport on arrival back from Cappadocia on the 5th September to the hotel is this something your company can organise for us and what is the cost from Airport to the hotel. When we have booked our international flight to Istanbul presume we then notify you of our details for the airport pick up on the 1st Sept to go to the hotel?

    In the Old City area, some visits to traditional artisan shops (such as carpet or jewellery workshops) are included as they form part of Istanbul's historic and cultural heritage.
    
    However:
    There is absolutely no obligation to purchase anything.
    
    Guests are never pressured to buy. (Feel free to let your guide know that you are not interested in shopping if you do not wish to buy anything and the salesmen themselves try to make you buy anything at all!)
    
    These visits do not reduce sightseeing time.
    
    All historical sites listed in the itinerary will be fully covered.
    
    The focus of the tour remains culture and history.

    We work with the Hot Air Balloon Association of Cappadocia, which operates licensed and regulated flights, and picks companies who comply with these regulations.
    
    September is a very high season in Cappadocia, and balloon slots do fill quickly. If you would like to guarantee availability, we recommend booking as soon as possible.

    You may also choose to pay your guide in Istanbul (cash option available), as you mentioned.

    Just confirming that if we requested an upgrade to an elite room at the Respite hotel it would be an extra $220 UDS per night above the rate you get for the hotel so would actually be $370 USD per night for that room with the base rate of $150 USD a night obviously already included in our itinerary cost?
