My husband and I contracted with Joyful Holidays for a three-day Golden Triangle tour of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. The services they provided were excellent. The car was clean and comfortable, with a kind and highly competent driver and plenty of cold water. The guides were very well educated and informative. The hotel accommodations were very nice and the meals all good. The only thing I would change is the itinerary, especially on the day that started with sunrise at the Taj Mahal (a superb experience!). An earlier ending on that day would have been helpful, given the early start. We cut down our activities on Day 3 so as to allow for a later start and the company was very accommodating of our wishes.Show more

Just spent 11 days on a tour through India with Vivek as our guide, and could not have asked for a better person to spend our time with each day!! Beyond sharing information and history with us, he went above and beyond to keep all the ladies in our group safe, happy, laughing, and enjoying each experience. When we had an issue with jewelry we had purchased, he handled and remedied each situation perfectly. Mukash our driver was excellent as well, and Ram at the door keeping us hydrated and with plenty of sanitizer. The bus was perfectly cleaned and stocked each day and I’m so thankful for them. He customized experiences and requests, and the trip was wonderful! Thank you all!Show more
