New Delhi is an experience that hits you in the face from the moment you get into the city, and the best way to do it I’ve found is through a tour such as this one - having Raju drive me around there and beyond in an air conditioned car with his ever helpful and constant supply of water was very much appreciated. The coolness of that car was a very welcome reprieve. Karan was very good at guiding me around Delhi, and was very knowledgeable, and was patient with my photography. Dalip, the guide for Agra was just as good there also. His experience of where tourists like to take photographs from came in handy. Rajesh in Jaipur, again, a fountain of knowledge, even on topics outside of Jaipur, and provided plenty of information. On a side note, it was Prince Albert Edward, not Prince Albert, consort of the Queen that visited. His father Prince Albert had been dead quite a few years at that point so would have found visiting Jaipur challenging! The hotels were great, Delhi and Agra were surprisingly quiet considering their location, which was really handy. The one for Ranthambhore was very pleasant, comfortable, and scenic. The tour covers all the key sights with enough time that even when I linger for photographs there was time. The Taj Mahal is sobering you need to see in person no matter how many photographs you see. The tigers were fantastic too! The way the tigers work is they book a zone for each safari, and will be either Gypsy or Canter. Zone 3 felt the most picturesque so understandable it books up quickly. If you’re thinking of booking this, book as soon as you can! Again, a thank you to Raju for being a legend.Show more

On this 12-day tour, you'll see most of Rajasthan's major sites. Hotels vary in quality from city to city, but most are steeped in history and equipped with essential comforts (air-conditioning, etc.). Some are just superb. Most of the meals included are Indian, and therefore spicy, another way of immersing yourself in Indian culture. The guides know their stuff, can get you through the queue, and know the right stores. The vehicle was the best in India. Excellent value for money.Show more

Raju is the best! He took care of us the two days we had him, constantly offering us water in this India heat. In the times it was just us and him, he took on the role of tour guide, telling us all about the sights we drove past on the way to our destination. He also made sure we got to try authentic masala chai in clay cups and give us the full India experience. Raju's driving skills are excellent and I never felt uneasy with him behind the wheel. Driving in India is dangerous, but Mr. Raju made me feel safe the entire time. He is a caring and considerate driver, going above and beyond to ensure his guests are well taken care of.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 23rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Joyful Holidays. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
