Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your punctual feedback. This helps us improve our service! First of all, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort you experienced during your tour. Upon further investigating the situation, the car exchange on day 2 of the South Coast tour was due to the fact that we detected a window fissure on the first car. So for safety reasons, there was the need to change the car for the rest of the tour. We understand that because it was not well explained to the customers it was seen as a sudden disturbance. Regarding the late lunchtime, the guide noticed the weather during the day and moved forward the schedule of the glacier hike in order to provide customers with a better experience, and thus delayed the lunchtime. Again we were sorry that the communication between the guide and the customer was not thorough and complete during the tour. And we understand that this is essential for a positive tour experience, and want to ensure that such issues will not be repeated in the future. Thank you for visiting Iceland and hope to see you again!
