Destination Services responded to all my inquiries while in Lisbon very quickly. They took care of all that needed to be taken care of. Hotel was great in a fantastic part of Lisbon. The only concern I had, which was not under Destination Services purview, was that the tour guides on the two Grey Line tours were, in my opinion, mediocre.
