We are interested in 10 days turkey tour. Some one on the tour review mentioned there are shopping tours which are not mentioned in literary. How many shopping tours in 10 days? Just hope not spend valuable time in shopping tour, since they are totally waste of time. Also, how many hours we will have in Ephesus tour?

Kindly note that there are demonstrations of carpets, ceramics etc. while on tour. This is to reflect the culture behind how the goods were started to be made and how they were shaped by the cultural influence instead of it being a shopping experience. You are free to buy anything that catches your eye but purchasing anything is not obligatory and you do not have to buy anything if you do not wish. The Ephesus tour takes about 6 hours to complete.

Is there a change for you too? As we are coming from Australia we may have more than 15kg in checked bag.

The luggage allowance can be upgraded at a fee. The fee would be 100 USD / Per person.

May we please book into the Recital Hotel for the 7th at what cost. Hopefully you can get a good deal for us. May we please take advantage of the hotel shuttle one day early, on the 7th rather than the 8th.

The price would be 150 USD / Per Night in a double room, Including breakfast. And the transfer would be no problem to arrange?

The price for the Hot Air Balloon Ride is 349 USD per person for April. The Old Town Tour costs 80 USD per person.

Will there enough time to a early morning hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia? Please advise on price for one person.

Highlights included walking through the ancient city of Ephesus, soaking in Pamukkale’s thermal terraces, exploring Antalya’s coast and waterfalls, and witnessing the magic of Cappadocia’s fairy chimneys and underground cities. The itinerary was packed with lots of places to see. Would have been great to have spent additional time in Kusadasi as it was a beautiful town! I have a few issues to bring up. First one is that when you initially book your tour you are not informed of the entry prices up front to the museums etc. This is misleading and only after you book are you provided with the amounts which add up quickly (the email letting me know the prices had been attached to my account went to my junk mail so never found out until after tour had started) Then you are expected to pay your tour guide in cash which we didn't have. I had to reach out to the tour company and ask to pay via credit card. When we were scheduled to fly out of Istanbul to Izmir the tour company did not check us in. We were dropped off at the airport with the other traveller's who had their seats assigned on our flight. We were told to speak to the airline service desk as we didn't have assigned seats. We were initially told we may not make it on the flight. We were extremely stressed and I reached out to the tour operator for assistance. By the time they got back to us we had been assigned seats at the very last minute. Not a pleasant experience. On our way back from Cappadocia to Istanbul I proceeded to check us into the airline ourselves as I didn't want a repeat of what happened earlier. Our tour guide Ali was not great. One incident occurred at a restaurant in Konya where we ate lumch at a restaurant. He explained to us what was on the menu and walked away. I ordered my meal and stepped out to take pictures. I was called back to the restaurant by my mother telling me Ali was annoyed I had left and that I needed to order something else off of the menu as what I had ordered was not an available option to us. When he returned to the restaurant I told him he should have communicated what was and was not available to order. He provided a lack lustre apology and said he didn't think I would order the one thing on the menu that was not an option. They should provide the option that if you see something else on the menu that is not included you can pay the difference. My friend wanted a salad at another restaurant and we only noticed it on the general public's menu not the menu we were provided. Finally at the end of our tour Ali barely said two words to the group. No formal good bye, no thank you for touring with him no safe travels. He seemed more concerned about getting a family to the bank machine so he could collect their cash. Before we knew it he was off the bus and down the street. We couldn't even find him to give him his tip.Show more
