Day 1
Mumbai
Your hotel pickup gets you to the Gateway of India, where you'll take in views over the Arabian Sea before boarding a motorboat out to Elephanta Caves. This UNESCO World Heritage Site features rock-cut sculptures dating from the 5th to 8th centuries carved right into the rock face. After exploring the caves, you'll head back by ferry and then walk through Hanging Garden, which sits up on Malabar Hill and offers nice views across the city. From there, check out Mani Bhawan, Gandhi's former headquarters, and the Prince of Wales Museum before your hotel drop-off later in the day.

Excellent tour. We travelled to so many different places in South India and visited various temples, palaces, gardens and nature reserves. Our daily guides were very informative and showed us the places of interest. Our wonderful driver Mr Shaker calmly and safely navigated us through the chaotic streets and roads. We felt so safe with him. We were well looked after from beginning to end. A big thank you for such a wonderful and well organised trip.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before January 26th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 26th, 2026, a minimum payment of 40% is required to confirm your booking with Agora Voyages OPC Pvt Ltd. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Agora Voyages OPC Pvt Ltd will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
