  Dear Goran and Olga, Got home yesterday and I wanted to write to you but …… the day run away from me… THE TRIP WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING : EVERY DAY WAS A HIGHLIGHT ON ITS OWN AND THEY DID NOT STOP RAVING ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY SAW AND EXPERIENCED. I know that several of them will be back with wives (Laurent !) and with their families and friends… The Yacht : Incredible – the care of the staff superb – the food – there wasn’t a single meal that they found not up to standard… Alison Wright wanted to take the Chef lady home with her… actually she wanted to take all the staff home ! Aki & Dominic really took care of them all with special attention to all their individual wishes… For me and all the group, the whole country was wonderful and so rich in history – it was all phenomenal … this was really brought alive and showed off to us by Filip : He is a gem and loved by all in the group. He made my job so easy…actually he did all for me before I could even ask him. I need to tell you that you will have to book him for us for all our future groups. That is real – I know the group exhausted him but he never ever stopped or complained … A GEM . Very very very grateful to you all and With fondest regards, LIAShow more

  In July of 2024, my friend and I experienced our first Katarina cruise on the beautiful yacht the MARKAN. Our route was called “Dalmatian Paradise” beginning in Split and returning to Split. It was truly a wonderful trip and one of the best weeks of our lives! I’ve taken many cruises all of which I loved but this by far was “THE BEST” ! The Captain, Petar, and his entire crew were amazing! I want to thank Ivan, Predrag, Marko, Duje and Andrea for making this trip so pleasant, fun and very comfortable. Compliments to the chefs, Sasa & Nikola, for the delicious and beautifully presented food ! And, also for the best coffee selection ever! The yacht’s resident tour guide, Tatiana, was always so pleasant and she very attentive to our needs. She went over and beyond! All the excursions were well planned and enjoyable. I met such wonderful and fun-loving people on board. I’ll never forget all the good times we shared ! The yacht was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Our room had a balcony . I am looking forward to a 2 cruise with Katharine- Line soon. . I highly recommend Katarina Line . I will always cherish the memorable moments I have of this fantastic week on the MARKAN !Show more

  Ave Maria is a small ship with 19 cabins..all with roomy ensuites. We chartered it for a milestone birthday the meals...
  Ave Maria is a small ship with 19 cabins..all with roomy ensuites. We chartered it for a milestone birthday the meals were breakfast and lunch and all ashore in the evening to find one of the many great restaurants in a wonderful historic township. Our cruise director made recommendations and even did bookings for us individually or in a group. the chef on Ava Maria was outstanding and presentation of all food was fantastic,… cabins were serviced daily and crew absolutely outstanding. There was plenty of space to chill out during the day or night with a hot tub on top deck. Also plenty sun beds to get a tan or lovely comfortable shaded areas Daily swim stops were wonderful in a quiet place in glorious turquoise waters and ship fully equipped with kayaks,snookles flippers noodles etc. this was all inclusive of cruise ticket but drinks separate cost and these were quite pricey We did go as a couple the previous year just to,test the experience for this years charter . The ship we booked was also good and we quickly made friends with fellow passengers however the Ave Maria was a level above our 2023 experience. For a special occasion or just a great one week holiday it was fantastic. Every day we tied up overnight in a different place and the coast of Croatia is spectacular with lots natural beauty and loads of historic towns. Our cruise director Beas a proud Croatian who really knew his local history but only gave us enough information to keep everyone interested and eager to go ashore to discover the local area.
