Busy itinerary but expected given we were only there for 8 days, the communication from Yagiz in the office was superb so we always knew what the schedule was for the next day. Highly recommend the hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia – it is everything you think it will be and more! Overall, the accommodation was good but breakfasts were a bit hit and miss (except for Arte Cave Hotel – that was amazing!) and transport / guides were good. - Charlotte· October 12th, 2025Overall the tour was a positive experience, but unfortunately, some of the organisation aspects of the tour were lacking. - On arrival at Istanbul airport, it took 45 minutes to get into our transfer van. We were told to sit and wait just outside the airport. Driver asked us to confirm hotel location. - Istanbul tour. As this was a Sunday there was no Grand Bazaar which we were not informed of. All other people on the tour had lunch included, but we didn’t. - Unnecessarily early flight the next morning to Cappadocia - easily could have been the evening before. No breakfast provided before the flight, even after it was requested and a breakfast pack confirmed. - We asked to change our Wednesday flight (on Monday) to the afternoon from Cappadocia to Izmir, due to Tuesday balloon flight being cancelled. They were helpful and rebooked our flight and transfers. We found the company extremely slow in trying to secure another balloon flight for Wednesday therefore missing out, although in the end it was cancelled anyway. - Company fast in responding to questions and concerns - Not advised on the cost of entrance fees until after fully paid and secured. ENTRANCE FEES ARE HIGH. We were told to bring euros and cash only, but all areas would only take Turkish Lira and they allowed card payments. They have been nothing but prompt and accommodating in making sure the tour goes well with the rest our holiday itinerary. We get updates on flights and pick up times which made the transfer really easy, more so if you are a solo traveler who needs a reliable operator. The tour itself was adequate and feels like it touched the essentials. The tour group was not big and so it didn’t feel rushed. Hotels and vans were decent and the guides were okay. Special mention to online tour correspondent Yagiz who managed to make last minute adjustments to our plans. We missed our chance to a balloon flight in Cappadocia due to strong winds and decided to forfeit two days of our trip and stay back. The tours are always guaranteed to depart upon confirmation. The traveler will not be returning to the first hotel at the end of the tour, so that may not be possible. There are options to leave luggage at the airport, however.
