Need 5 nights Istanbul - 2 nights Cappadocia (30 - 35 Persons + 2 Free Pax in Twin Rooms). 4* Hotels - Istanbul not in Taksim area / Cappadocia traditional nice hotel and easy rooms reachable for clients and with windows or first floor. Age group 45 - 70 Years Old.

We will also be able to honor the 2 free Pax provided that the group size is at least 30. (30 Paid + 2 free travellers)

is it possible to extend the stay in Istanbul for one day after the return to Istanbul?

an additional night in Istanbul would be 130 USD - including breakfast. However, kindly note that the tour normally ends upon arrival at Istanbul Airport and transfers to and from the hotel will not be included. Roundtrip transfers to and from the hotel costs 220 USD / including greeting service upon arrival at Istanbul Airport.

Would it be possible for them to leave some of their excess luggage at the first hotel in Istanbul and collect it upon their return? Could you please confirm whether there is availability for this departure and if it is guaranteed to go ahead?

The tours are always guaranteed to depart upon confirmation. The traveler will not be returning to the first hotel at the end of the tour, so that may not be possible. There are options to leave luggage at the airport, however.

Do we get to see much of Izmir and the natural pools of limestone hot springs in this tour?

The city of Izmir itself is not visited in the tour, but Pamukkale (the travertines and natural pools) are visited.

Are there any discounts for anniversary celebrants? Are hotels double occupancy with private bathroom/washroom?

We do not offer any discounts for travellers with special occasions at this time. All hotels have private wash/bathrooms.

Can I pay 1/2 the balance this month and 1/2 the balance at the end of August?

Looking to book Turkish airlines Istanbul to SFO 9/20/25 1:20PM. I wanted to find out what activities do we have in the morning before fly out from Izmir to Istanbul. My other choice is fly out 9/21/25

There is a flight on the 20th arriving in Istanbul Airport at 09:05 AM, Turkish Airlines flight # TK2303. We could get you booked on this flight, which would allow you to comfortably transit to your flight. There are no activities scheduled on the final day :)

I need to cancel as my travel plans are changing.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
