  How much walking do we do each day between the different sites? Do you provide a bus or taxi between sites? Do you help people who are slow walkers or can't walk distances?

    In case of any kind of issue ( considering current situation) and the trip has to be cancelled or changed, ( due to circumstances outside of our control , or safety issues) do we get our money back?

    I understand that the insurance (54$) is basically for medical problems. Let's say the trip has to be cancelled because there is war situation and it's unsafe, does this situation mean that we would get our money back without any kind of insurance purchased?

    If the war situation effects the operations of the tour, then it would be considered a force majeure situation and you would be refunded in full. However, if there are no problems with the operations and daily life still continues as usual, the standard cancellation policy would apply. As Mr. Ozgur stated, we always do our best to assist travellers with cancellations / date changes :)

    However, you may pay your guide in cash to get access to skip the line tickets.

    These prices are per person.
    
    Also, regarding your questions about the flights, we usually use Kayseri Airport, however, Nevsehir Airport will also work depending on your preference.

    Is it safe to travel to Turkey given the ongoing war in the Middle East?

    Turkey is operating completely normally and tourism activities are continuing as planned. The areas visited on this trip are far from the regions affected by the conflict in the Middle East, and daily life here continues as usual. All tours and travel operations are running smoothly without disruptions. Turkey is a very large country geographically, and the destinations included in the itinerary are well outside any areas of concern. We are welcoming travelers from all over the world and conducting tours normally.

    If a booking is made and Turkey remains safe and all tour operations continue as planned, then any cancellation would be subject to the standard cancellation terms at the time of cancellation. However, if there were an official safety situation that prevented the tour from operating, then of course alternative solutions or refunds would be reviewed accordingly.

    We use the Legacy Ottoman Hotel in Istanbul and the Temenni Evi Cave Suites in Cappadocia. (we book our other, similar 5* alternatives should the hotels not be available)
