Do you require a minimum number of participants? If the minimum is not met, will the tour be canceled or rescheduled? If so, what is your policy?

Is there an option to add a hotel night? The tour starts on the 1st. July and my clients arrive on June 30

Can I please have a quote for a solo traveler departing 10/27/24? Does your tour include blue mosque, galata tower, Hagia Sophia, grand bazaar, Bosphorous cruise?

The tour includes visits to Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia Blue Mosque, Hippodromme and Grand Bazaar. Bosphorus Cruise is not included in this package, as there would not be enough time. However, the entrance fees are not included in our packages. The entrance fees are as follows. Hagia Sophia: 25 € EUR Topkapi Palace: 1500TL (Tour Guide will have pre-paid Skip-the-line Tickets in hand. You can pay the tour guide in cash)

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with City of Sultans. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and City of Sultans will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "City of Sultans" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
