I have been fascinated by the Ottoman Empire since I was a child, and wanted to visit their former capital and see the buildings I had only seen online or on books in person. I am glad to have found City of Sultans as they have made it into one of the smoothest experiences possible. Kemal, who was my guide, was very satisfactory when it came to feeding my huge appetite for knowledge about the Ottoman side of history, but also informed me about the Byzantine side of it too. I can't even stop talking about the authentic cuisine after all this time, I have been trying to replicate them at home but have been unable to do so, Turkish Cuisine is no joke haha. I definitely recommend City of Sultans as your agency when you decide to travel to Turkey, they keep their word.Show more
