On our recent trip to Madagascar our guide and driver stopped at a local restaurant on a travel day and my wife, son and I had lunch. My wife and I became very sick. We went to the airport in Antananarivo, Madagascar to board our flight to Toliara .. I had a parasite infection and was dehydrated, but prepared to take the short 1hour flight. My guide took me to the Madagascar Airlines doctor at the airport. The doctor told me that I could not fly that day and then prescribed medication for the infection. Please send me a refund for the flight that I had purchased and was denied to board, by the Airline. I have included my ticket information, boarding pass and medical prescription. This happened in October. It is now December and I have heard nothing from Tourradar. You owe me the money that I spent for a ticket that I was forbidden to use, by the airline’s own doctor. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 100 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
