On our recent trip to Madagascar our guide and driver stopped at a local restaurant on a travel day and my wife, son and I had lunch. My wife and I became very sick. We went to the airport in Antananarivo, Madagascar to board our flight to Toliara .. I had a parasite infection and was dehydrated, but prepared to take the short 1hour flight. My guide took me to the Madagascar Airlines doctor at the airport. The doctor told me that I could not fly that day and then prescribed medication for the infection. Please send me a refund for the flight that I had purchased and was denied to board, by the Airline. I have included my ticket information, boarding pass and medical prescription. This happened in October. It is now December and I have heard nothing from Tourradar. You owe me the money that I spent for a ticket that I was forbidden to use, by the airline’s own doctor.
