  Is there any scope to change the itinerary at all, as we weould like to do the the Ooty train ride. And we will probably not do all of the temples or Spice Garden. Also, please can you let me what extra is included in the price? So where it says 'included activities' does this mean they are iall included in the $1900.

    I understand that we would be paying $3800 for two people, that's fine. It's good that all the monument/temple tickets are included in the price. I assume that is the same for the forts and palaces, yes?
    
    When we go to Coonoor, is all the hiking and trekking free eg Sim's Park, Droog Fort, Dolphin's Nose & Lamb's Rock. Also, would we have to pay for Periyar? If so, how much would it cost?

As stated in my profile description, I will arrange the itinerary for you and provide access to the monuments; furthermore, you will not have to pay any additional fees for Pariyar either—all of these services are included.

    I like the look of this tour but would just like to add in a couple of extra days, as well as two train journeys, if that;s ok.
    
    I would like to do the train ride from Ooty to Coonoor, that would be fun, And then for the trip from Coonoor to Cochin, we don't want such long car drive. So, can we drive to Coimbatore and then take the train from there to Cochin.
    
    Then, in terms of two extra days. Watare thinking of an extra day in Periyar, maybe bamboo rafting or another activity as well as the safari. And then onw whole extra day in Pondicherry would be great.

    If you wish to travel by train from Kollam to Cochin as part of your tour, we will arrange the train tickets for you. Additionally, if you would like to stay for an extra night each in Periyar and Pondicherry, the cost for these extra nights will need to be paid separately.

    Understood about paying for the extra nights in Periyar & Pondicherry.
    
    But, I think you misunderatood about the train journeys. We would like to go by car from Coonoor to Coimbatore, then by train from Coimbatore to Cochin.
    
    We would also like to take 'toy' train from Ooty to Coonoor.
    
    Is this possible?

    I am sorry , but I will give you a train ticket from coonoor to Coimbatore then Coimbatore to Cochin and it's possible to take a toy train from Ooty to coonoor . We have no problem .

    I would like to inform you that very little time remains to book your tour; consequently, you are unable to make the 20% down payment via the Tour Radar payment portal. This is because, according to the terms and conditions, the 20% payment was required to be made 60 days in advance; however, we now have only 30 days remaining before the tour takes place. Therefore, you may be required to make a down payment of 50%—or potentially even the full amount.You can make the full payment for your tour using your credit card, and subsequently convert it into EMIs on the same card. This would be an excellent option for you.

  Most of the daily descriptions state dinner and lunch, but in the "meals" section, it only says breakfasts. Please clarify if any lunches or dinners are includedd if not, what the extra charge would be.

    You are correct. Our package includes breakfast. Lunch and dinner are not included. However, we can provide dinner if you would like, and the cost will be $20 per person. This dinner will be served at the hotel. We cannot provide lunch because we don't know your location during the day or which restaurant would be convenient for you. Therefore, we can only offer dinner. As mentioned, dinner will cost 20 $ per person and will be served at the hotel.
