Itinerary
- Day 1
Rurrenabaque to Amazon Eco-lodge
You'll start early from Rurrenabaque and head overland to Santa Rosa for a traditional Bolivian lunch before boarding a boat down the Yacuma River. Keep your eyes open for pink dolphins and other wildlife along the way. By 4:00 PM you'll reach the eco-lodge, have time to freshen up, and then after sunset you're heading out on a night caiman hunt with flashlights before dinner.

- Day 2
Amazon Activities
This is a full day of Amazon exploration starting with breakfast at the lodge. In the morning you'll put on rubber boots and search the pampas for anacondas with your guide. Midday offers a chance to swim in the river with a rope swing or just relax in the shade if you prefer. After lunch you're going on a fishing trip to catch piranhas using traditional methods. As evening comes you'll play a sunset football match at the pitch, then have dinner and learn about chewing coca leaves from your guide.

Landmarks Amazon Pampas - Day 3
Amazon Activities and Return to Rurrenabaque
There's an optional pre-dawn river ride if you want to watch sunrise as the pampas wakes up and howler monkeys call from the riverbanks. After breakfast you'll boat upriver to a small lake where pink dolphins gather. You have the option to swim with them in their natural habitat if that interests you. Back at the lodge for lunch, rest, and packing before your afternoon return journey to Rurrenabaque by road and river.
