We are yet to finalise our 2026 package rate for all our brochure product. If you have the travel dates in mind, we can check with our supplier and get back to you. There might be a minor change in the itinerar that we no longer to include Koya San visit from Osaka due to operational difficulty, you can enjoy some free time in this 2nd largest city in Japan or book in some other experiences instead.

How do we secure our spots for the tour?

To secure your spots, you will need to fill out the booking form and pay a deposit as specified.

Is this tour semi-independent? Or is it guided group holiday with the same group of people the entire time and same with Japan World Heritage Could you please clarify

It is semi- independent as well. Clients will be with different people & guides during the day tours, group size also may vary and they will need to make the way to the meeting point and back to hotel. Also clients will be travelling on your own on the bullet train and walking to your hotel next to the station on arrival.

Can we arrange transportation to our hotel from the airport?

Yes, shared shuttle transfers are available from either Narita or Haneda airports.

Do we need a visa for traveling to Japan?

Visa requirements vary by nationality. Please check the specific visa regulations applicable to your country.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of $265 is required to confirm your booking with MW Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
