Are all the birdwatching activities guided by an experienced ornithologist, and will the same guide accompany us throughout the tour? Is there any flexibility in the itinerary to spend additional time at key birdwatching locations? What contingency plans are in place in case of unfavorable weather during activities such as the hike to Phulchowki or the canoe trip in Chitwan? What types of vehicles are used for transfers between cities and during the birdwatching tours? Lastly, could you provide information about the cancellation or refund policy in case of unforeseen circumstances?

In Pokhara and Chitwan, you will be guided by different local experts, each with extensive knowledge of the local birdlife and natural surroundings. The itinerary is flexible. If you wish to spend more time at key birdwatching locations, we are happy to adjust the schedule to meet your preferences, though additional costs may apply for extra time. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, such as during the hike to Phulchowki or the Canoe trip in Chitwan, we can reschedule the activities according to your preferences. Our team will ensure that you still have an enjoyable experience, and alternative plans will be made if necessary. For all transfers between cities and during birdwatching tours, we use private cars for your comfort and convenience. In case of unforeseen events like natural disasters or extreme weather, the tour may be delayed or modified for safety reasons.
