  The flight from Lima to Cusco on Day 5 is this something I need to book separately from the tour group or is this included? Same with the return to Lima flight on Day 8

    Yes, Pisco airport (PIO), near Paracas has flights over Nazca Lines too saving you Paracas - Nazca - Lima bus but that is US$290 per person payable outside of this platform directly to us.

    In Cusco, absolutely. The itinerary has Cusco City tour the same day you fly LIM-CUZ so you would need an early flight and not have time to acclimate. I'm sorry, this itinerary shouldn't even be on this platform since it is too rushed. Do you have to come in June? Machu Picchu is full and the good circuits are taken.

    are you dying to see the Nazca Lines or just trying to find something that looks good? Would you prefer going the Amazon Rainforest for 3 days? It's only a 30 min flight from Cusco then stay in an all inclusive lodge. Nazca is very far. If you want to come in July we will have to get whatever ticket we can then have our guide pay to upgrade your circuit at the park. It is not just you, it is a nightmare.

    Just trying to find something that looks good, the things for us were a bit of exploring of Lima, Machu Picchu, Scared Valley But Machu Picchu was the key thing for us. We have about 6-8 days for holiday. Ideally we'd like to make 25/26 June - 3rd of July work if we can as that works best with work

    Once you make a downpayment here that will release your email to us and we will send you a detailed itinerary of either of the below. If you want to make any other changes no problem. We will need copies of your passports to secure tickets.

    CUZ-LIM only matters if you have a connection departing LIM, you want a comfortable amount of time to layover. But if you'll be working Lima it doesn't matter. LIM-CUZ just look for the best price

    Thanks for confirming re the flights. No the payment when I go book - it only shows the full amount $4,150 and says you will be charged this amount

    all airport transfers are private. all tours listed are in a group. not with the same group of people everyday, just daily group tours. day 03 is private transfer to the bus terminal for tourist quality bus Lima-Paracas. Cusco City Tour and Sacred Valley tours: hotel pickup to join a group tour. We will upgrade you to a private tour of Machu Picchu with our personal guide complimentary.

    What is the cost of upgrading to airfare to Nazca (Piaco Airport) and the cost for upgrading to all private tours, except for Lima?

    The Pisco-Nazca-Pisco Aerial tour is US$290 per person and saves many hours in the bus. To upgrade to private Cusco City Tour and Private Sacred Valley Tour w/lunch it is only US$180 per person more. A private car from Lima-Paracas-Lima is US$475 more total.

    If I'm understanding correctly, you are coordinating the trip and booking us on other tours with groups. So for instance, when we travel to the islands, we will with a different group? Do you know how many people may be in that trip?

    Cusco City Tour & Sacred Valley group tours, run daily in English and Spanish and have under 15 people in them or group not too large for 1 guide. The Nazca Aerial Tour planes are small Cessna type aircraft. 4-8 people per plane. Ballestas Island boat tour vessels accommodate 40 passengers.

  I'm interested in the Lima, Paracas, Nazca, Cusco, Machu Picchu tour. I understand it's a group tour, correct? Quick question; on day 5, there's a flight Cusco - Lima in the morning. I assume it's NOT included in the package so any suggestion on where to purchase the ticket? And also, for what approximate time - leaving from Cusco, should I purchase it?

    The tour package does not include flights, and the flights to Cusco we have practically all day, you can book in the morning. You need to buy your tickets in advance with previous reservation, I do not recommend buying at the airport, you might not find spaces and miss the tours.

    Can I go to the airport in the morning and buy the ticket to Cusco without any previous reservation? What happens if the flights are all booked up? I don't want to miss a day of my tour. How big is the group?

    You shouldn't buy tickets in the airport but should reserve like you would for any flight. We can help with airfares. No need for you to be searching for flights. Our itinerary simply says flights are not included. We can help with flights. Latam.com is the place to get LIM-CUZ-LIM flights. Yes, very nice group tours are included.
