When you say the tour starts on 30 August I presume that is the day we assemble in Blois, and we start biking the following day. Can you let us know the kilometres covered each day, as it does not appear on the daily summary. What would be the additional charge for two e-bikes be?

Yes the cycling will start on day 2. It's very important that you attend the welcome meeting on day 1 as we will be collecting insurance details and next of kin information at this time. Day 2: Cycling distance: approx. 40km / 25 miles, mostly flat then undulating away from the river, with approx. 220m / 720ft of elevation gain. Day 3: Cycling distance: approx. 53km / 33 miles, mostly flat with a couple of small downhill sections, with approx. 350m / 1150ft of elevation gain. Day 4: Cycling distance: approx. 48km / 30 miles, mostly flat, with approx. 270m / 880ft of elevation gain. Day 5: Cycling distance: approx. 60km / 37 miles, mostly flat, with approx. 280m / 900ft of elevation gain. Day 6: Cycling distance: approx. 55km / 34 miles, mostly flat with a couple of small inclines, with approx. 430m / 1400ft of elevation gain. Day 7: Cycling distance: No included riding today. A medium sized e-bike would be about NZD 330.01 however the prices may vary depanding on the size.

I would need a step-through ebike - a good quality one. Is this possible? Is the price quoted for a group tour?

An e-bike option (at additional cost) may be available on this trip. We have limited numbers of these bikes available and they are an 'on request' basis only. A request does not guarantee an e-bike, only a confirmed booking. The price is per adult in a twin share room and the Group size is Min 1 - Max 15.
