I wish to travel to Japan with your company. What dates are available in 2027? I am in my mid 70's; reasonably fit; and I do take several medications for non-life-threatening conditions. Because of these, would I be excluded?

Yes sure, our Cherry Blossom & Garden tour is fully escorted tour, if you are confident to travel we definitely can book you in. Departure dates in 2027: 21 March 2027, 25 March 2027, 30 March 2027

We wandered if you had a group tour that covers this itinerary but not at Cherry Blossom time - we would rather go earlier March to avoid the crowds - can you help - there could be 6 of us in a group and wanted a small group tour

Unfortunately we only have one group tour during cherry blossom season. However, we do offer several semi-independent packages, and the itinerary is quite similar to our cherry blossom one but allow a bit more flexibility to explore Japan by yourselves.

We are arriving in Tokyo by cruise ship on Mar 29, 2028. We leave Tokyo by cruise ship on May 1, 2028. We are working out what to do as tourist in Japan. We are very keen to see cherry blossom. Can you help?

At this stage, our 2028 programmes and pricing have not yet been finalised. We expect the 2028 Cherry Blossom itineraries to be available around April 2027. Please feel free to contact us again at that time and we would be delighted to assist with planning your trip in Japan.

A big thank you to Ben regarding our very recent stay in Japan... we had MW TOURS arrange our travel , accommodation and tours... tours mainly in Japan..... on our arrival in Tokyo we were extremely disappointed with the quality and standard of our hotel (which we chose) .... I immediately contacted Ben back in Australia who within 1/2 -1 hr had organised new accommodation of our choice, transport to new location.... no fuss.... effortlessly... also a big thank you to our Guide( 'Bruce') and driver ( Jimmy ) in Kyoto who were brilliant and gracious and made our first visit to Japan a very enjoyable one...Show more

- For any tour departing before July 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of $265 is required to confirm your booking with MW Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and MW Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
