New Delhi
Your Alkof Holidays representative will meet you at New Delhi airport and drive you to your hotel. After checking in, you'll have the rest of the day free to wander around and get a feel for the city. Walking through the tree-lined boulevards gives you a nice introduction to how Delhi moves and feels.

New Delhi
A full-day guided tour takes you through Delhi's main historical sites. You'll start at Rajghat, Mahatma Gandhi's memorial, then head to Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque. From there, a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk market in Old Delhi shows you the bustling street life and local energy. Later you'll drive past the Presidential House and India Gate, then visit Humayun's Tomb and finish at Qutab Minar, a 12th-century brick tower that stands about 240 feet tall.

An early transfer gets you to New Delhi Airport for your flight to Jabalpur. Once you land, a local driver takes you to Bandhavgarh National Park and your resort. After settling in, you'll have time to relax and explore the surrounding area, or chat with the park's naturalist about what you might see in the coming days.

Bandhavgarh National Park
Two jeep safaris today, one early morning and another in the afternoon, give you chances to spot Bengal tigers and see some of the 150 bird species in the park. You'll also visit Bandhavgarh Fort, an 811-meter-high hilltop structure with 39 caves that dates back roughly 2,000 years.

Bandhavgarh to Kanha National Park
After breakfast, you'll head to Kanha National Park, one of Asia's better-maintained reserves and the inspiration behind The Jungle Book. The 940 sq. km park holds Indian wild dogs, Bengal tigers, sloth bears, leopards, and barasingha deer. Check into your resort and spend the afternoon getting familiar with the area and talking with the naturalist.

Kanha National Park
Early morning and afternoon safaris let you explore the park's wildlife and plant life. Kanha has over 1,000 flowering plant species and more than 300 bird types, plus tigers, various deer, leopards, and sloth bears. In the evening, stop at Bamni Dadar, a popular viewpoint for sunset views across the park.

New Delhi to Agra
After breakfast, you're heading to Agra to see the Taj Mahal. Once you arrive and check into your hotel, you'll rest for a bit. In the afternoon, you'll visit Itmad-ud-Daulah and Agra Fort. Before dinner, walk through the local markets where you can find handicrafts and souvenirs from the region.

Agra to Ranthambore National Park
Start before sunrise for a guided tour of the Taj Mahal and Mehtab Bagh, returning by mid-morning for breakfast. Then you'll drive toward Ranthambore National Park. Along the way, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built by Emperor Akbar in the late 1500s. Arrive at Ranthambore for an overnight stay.

After returning, dinner and overnight stay complete the day.

Later in the evening, take a walk through Jaipur's historic walled pink city, where traditional ways of living continue much as they have for centuries.

Jaipur
A comprehensive guided tour covers Jaipur's main attractions. You'll visit Amber Fort and Palace, built in 1592 with red sandstone and marble, offering views over Maota Lake. Next comes Jal Mahal, the Water Palace in Man Sagar Lake, then City Palace with its mix of Mughal and Rajput design. You'll also see Jantar Mantar observatory, Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), Albert Hall Museum, and Birla Mandir temple before returning to your hotel.
