But also this tourist guide I think he still has room to make improvement in his customer service skills because his job primarily is customer service. My husband and I did the 3 day Nile cruise (from Aswan to Luxor) + 2 days in Cairo. This package EXCEEDED our expectations. From the first email I sent to Hany to inquire about the package, his communication was great, and throughout the trip he was available for any questions we had. The Nile cruise was perfect. The sites were amazing. Our tour guide Mostafa was everything we could have wanted in a tour guide...a perfect combo of information, interaction, and allowing us our free time when needed. Our accommodations (aka resort) in Cairo were nicer than what I was expecting. And our transportation was waiting for us each time we stepped out of the airport or out of our hotel. I honestly didn't really know what to expect from the package, but this was above and beyond anything I had hoped.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 15th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 15th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Imperial Egypt. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Imperial Egypt will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
