  Which domestic/regional flights are included in the tour price? In particular, are Quito → Galápagos, Galápagos → Lima, and Lima → Cusco Included? Please also confirm the airlines and whether taxes/fees are included.

    We are travelling from Sweden, and the Swedish Ministry currently advises against non-essential travel to some provinces in Ecuador. Could you confirm whether any part of this itinerary, including transfers, passes through areas covered by this advisory? If the Galápagos flights connect through Guayaquil, is it airport transit only? Also, if the Swedish travel advisory becomes stricter before departure, what would happen to the tour—would the itinerary be changed, cancelled, or refunded?

    We would prefer to spend less time in Lima. Would it be possible to remove the culinary day and travel to Cusco one day earlier? Ideally, we would like to use that extra day in the Sacred Valley/Ollantaytambo area to make the Peru part less rushed. Could you suggest the best modification and let us know if it changes the price?

    Regarding the domestic and regional flights, the airfare is not included in the quoted tour price. This includes the flights between mainland Ecuador and the Galápagos, as well as the regional/domestic flights required for the Peru portion of the journey. Once your travel dates are confirmed, we can help coordinate the most convenient flight schedule and provide the corresponding fares before booking.

    Regarding travel safety in Ecuador, the areas currently subject to the Swedish Ministry's travel advisory are outside the route included in our itinerary. Your program focuses on Quito and the Galápagos Islands and does not include visits to the affected coastal areas. If the selected Galápagos flight operates via Guayaquil, this would be an airport connection/transit only, without traveling through the city. As with any international destination, we always recommend following the latest official travel advice before departure. Should the Swedish travel advisory materially change before your trip, we would review the situation with you and, where operationally possible, propose appropriate itinerary alternatives. Any cancellation or refund would depend on the cancellation conditions of the hotels, flights and other services already confirmed at that time.

    Regarding Peru, yes, we can certainly remove the culinary experience in Lima and travel to Cusco one day earlier. I actually think your idea of using the additional time in Cusco or the Sacred Valley/Ollantaytambo area is an excellent option and would make this part of the itinerary feel more relaxed. We can revise the program accordingly and advise you of any resulting price adjustment.

    For Machu Picchu, the itinerary includes Circuit 2, which is the most requested route and provides the classic Machu Picchu experience, including the iconic panoramic views visitors generally look for.

    Regarding Galápagos fees, these are not included in the tour price and are paid separately. The Galápagos National Park entrance fee is currently USD 200 per person for foreign visitors, and the Transit Control Card (TCT) is USD 20 per person.

    since we will be coming from Chile before the tour and travelling to Florida afterwards, would it be possible to reverse the itinerary and travel Peru → Ecuador → Galápagos? Our preferred approximate itinerary would be: 26 Nov: Start in Lima, Peru: Lima city tour → Sacred Valley/Ollantaytambo → Machu Picchu → Cusco, Ecuador: Fly to Quito → Quito and Equatorial Line → Cotopaxi, Galápagos: Santa Cruz → Isabela → Tintoreras → Cabo Rosa/Lava Tunnels and the other activities from the original itinerary, 9 Dec: Galápagos → Quito and end of tour. We would prefer to skip the culinary day in Lima and use the time to make the Sacred Valley/Ollantaytambo portion more relaxed. We would also like to keep Machu Picchu Circuit 2 with the classic panoramic viewpoint, as you confirmed previously. Could you please confirm whether this itinerary is possible from 26 November to 9 December 2026?

    could you please provide the complete total price for two adults, including: The revised 14-day tour, All required domestic/regional flights, All flight taxes and checked baggage, Machu Picchu entrance, train and bus, Galápagos National Park entrance fee, Galápagos Transit Control Card, All other mandatory entrance fees or charges. Please also let us know which flights and airlines you would propose. Could you confirm that we would return from Galápagos to Quito on 9 December, and whether any Galápagos flight connection through Guayaquil would be airport transit only, without an overnight stay or ground transfer in Guayaquil? It would also be helpful to know whether the total quoted price, including flights and entrance tickets, would be fixed once we make the booking.

The current package price does not include the domestic/regional air tickets required to connect the different destinations. I will review the TourRadar listing as well to ensure that this is presented more clearly and avoids any misunderstanding. For your revised proposal, however, I can prepare a complete package including the required domestic/regional flights, so that you have one clear total cost for the journey.

    We can certainly redesign the journey to operate Peru → Ecuador → Galapagos, starting in Lima on 26 November and finishing in Quito on 9 December 2026. Your proposed routing is possible in principle, and I suggest structuring it approximately as follows: 26 November – Lima, Arrival in Lima and start of your journey. Peru: Lima City Tour → Sacred Valley & Ollantaytambo → Machu Picchu → Cusco. We can remove the culinary experience in Lima, as requested, and use this time to create a more relaxed experience in the Sacred Valley and Ollantaytambo. We will maintain Machu Picchu Circuit 2, including the classic panoramic viewpoint, as previously discussed, subject to final ticket availability at the time of confirmation. Ecuador: Flight to Quito → Quito Historic Center & Equatorial Line → Cotopaxi. Galapagos Islands: Santa Cruz → Isabela → Tintoreras → Cabo Rosa / Lava Tunnels, together with the other experiences included in the original program. 9 December – Galapagos → Quito. You would fly back from Galapagos to Quito and finish the tour there. This would leave 10 December available for your international flight from Quito to Miami/Fort Lauderdale, giving you additional time before your Princess cruise departure on 12 December. Regarding Guayaquil, if the selected Galapagos flight operates via Guayaquil, our intention would be for this to be an air connection/transit only, without an overnight stay or ground transfer in Guayaquil.

However, in the attached itinerary, the air tickets, Galápagos National Park fee and Transit Control Card are still listed as not included, and the flight prices are shown only as rough estimates. Before we make a reservation, could you therefore please provide us with one complete total price for two adults for the entire trip from 26 November to 9 December 2026? We would like the quotation to include: The complete revised 14-day tour and accommodation, All required domestic/regional flights for the actual itinerary, All flight taxes, Machu Picchu entrance for Circuit 2, including the classic panoramic viewpoint, Machu Picchu train and bus transportation, Galápagos National Park entrance fee, Galápagos Transit Control Card, All other mandatory entrance fees, port fees or charges required for the itinerary. Could you please give us the final total in the following format: Total price for two adults, including all of the above: USD ______. The attachment currently mentions Lima–Cusco–Lima and Lima–Quito, while the revised itinerary appears to require Lima → Cusco and then Cusco → Quito.     The 14-Day Machu Picchu & Galápagos Highlights program is sold through TourRadar, where the package price is USD 4,676 per person. Regarding Domestic & Regional Flights: Unfortunately, I cannot include flights in the TourRadar package, as airline tickets must be purchased and paid for immediately at the time of booking, and prices change frequently. For your itinerary, the total cost of all required flights is approximately USD 1,400 per person. Once you confirm your reservation through TourRadar, I will personally contact you and help book all required flights without any issues. Machu Picchu: The package already includes your Circuit 2 entrance ticket, the round-trip bus between Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu, and the train service as described in the itinerary. Galápagos Fees: The Galápagos National Park Entrance Fee (USD 200), Transit Control Card (USD 20), and Pier in Isabela (USD 10) are not prepaid. You pay these fees directly in cash upon arrival in the Galápagos, in accordance with regulations established by the Galápagos authorities. The total mandatory amount is USD 230 per person. Regarding the flight routing, the correct itinerary is: Lima → Cusco, Cusco → Quito, Quito → Baltra (Galápagos), Baltra → Quito.
