Itinerary
- Day 1
Delhi to Jaipur
You'll get picked up from Delhi at 5 AM for the drive to Jaipur, which takes about four hours with a stop for refreshments along the way. By 10 AM you'll be at your hotel, so after checking in and having lunch, the afternoon opens up for sightseeing. Head to Hawa Mahal first to see the distinctive pink sandstone structure with its intricate windows, then move on to Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observation site with interesting geometric instruments. City Palace comes next on your route, where you can walk through courtyards and galleries that blend Rajasthani and Mughal design. Back at the hotel by evening for dinner and your overnight stay.

Jaipur to Delhi
After having the buffet breakfast at your hotel, you'll head out to Amber Fort, a 1592 hillside fort with impressive views over Jaipur. The ride up involves traveling by elephant, which gives you a chance to explore the fort's courtyards, halls, and intricate stonework showing off Rajasthani architecture. Lunch happens at a local restaurant before the transfer back to Delhi gets underway, ending your time in Jaipur.
