Would there be a way someone can pick me up from my hotel in Cairo and transport us to Luxor to get to the hot air balloon ride, and then back to our hotel in Cairo? If not, would there be any other option for transportation to Luxor?

So someone will pick me & my friend up from our hotel in Cairo on Sunday night, September 18th. Drop us off at the Cairo airport, then we fly to Luxor. Once we get to Luxor (at 4am), we will be picked up from the airport in Luxor, then dropped off at the hot air balloon. After hot air balloon, someone drops us off at Luxor airport, we fly back to Cairo and someone picks us up from Cairo airport to take us back to our hotel. Is that the plan? Just to confirm. And what time in the evening will we be picked up on Sunday night, September 18th from the Cairo hotel? Also, you arranging everything is at no extra charge correct?

  So someone will pick me & my friend up from our hotel in Cairo on Sunday night, September 18th. Drop us off at the Cairo airport, then we fly to Luxor. Once we get to Luxor (at 4am), we will be picked up from the airport in Luxor, then dropped off at the hot air balloon. After hot air balloon, someone drops us off at Luxor airport, we fly back to Cairo and someone picks us up from Cairo airport to take us back to our hotel. Is that the plan? Just to confirm. And what time in the evening will we be picked up on Sunday night, September 18th from the Cairo hotel? Also, you arranging everything is at no extra charge correct?

  Someone will pick up at 9pm then drive you to the Cairo airport then someone will be waiting for your arrival at luxor airport to drive you to your hotel after taking a rest at 4 am the driver will take you to start your hot air balloon ride then after you finish you will be drive back to the hotel or go to the airport. The transfers and the hotel accommodations is 120 usd extra per person so the overall price is 192 USD per person not including the flights tickets.
