Itinerary
- Day 1
Kigali to Ruhengeri
After breakfast, you'll drive about 2 hours to Ruhengeri, which sits right beneath five volcanic mountains. Once you arrive at Red Rocks Intercultural Exchange Center, you can jump into food preparation and learn how Rwandan cooking actually works. Later in the afternoon, check out how banana beer gets made, and if you're interested, you can help with squeezing juice from the bananas yourself.

- Day 2
Ruhengeri
This day focuses on tracking golden monkeys through Volcanoes National Park, hiking through thick bamboo forests to find habituated groups. After lunch, you'll head to Red Rocks initiatives where there's an art gallery and botanical gardens to walk through. You can talk with locals about environmental conservation efforts and watch live painting happen, plus you have the option to make your own piece to take home as a souvenir.

Ruhengeri to Goma
After breakfast, you'll drive toward the Rwanda-Congo border to handle the necessary border procedures, then cross into the DRC. From there, head to Shu Shu Guest House and take a city tour through Goma.

Landmarks Goma - Day 4
Goma
Starting early after breakfast, you'll drive to Virunga Park headquarters to begin gorilla trekking. The trek itself takes several hours as you climb through the mountains, then you'll make your way back down to return to Goma.

Goma to Kigali
You'll drive to the DRC-Rwanda border, cross back into Rwanda, and then head toward Kigali. This marks the end of tour services.
