We no longer offer our single guest to share accommodations, this was changed during COVID for the guest protection and safety.

Example I am booking for South America tour , the duration is 19 days the rate is from 3,569 US dollars , there is additional upfront costs 1,651 upfront costs. (I don't understand the exact meaning of upfront costs here) My question is will I pay this 3,569 US dollars and 1,651 upfront , so the total should I pay is 5,220 US DOLLARS? The base cost of the tour is $3,569 USD. You would also need to pay the additional cost of $1,651 USD for the Intra-Vacation air. Please be advised if you are traveling as a solo traveler there is an additional $980 USD Single Supplement fee.

Our 19 day South America trip with Cosmos was a wonderful experience. My wife and I and two daughters went and had a great time. Our tour leader Zeca Cordeiro was the best !!! He took a sincere interest in our comfort and satisfaction at every turn. He was completely committed to each and every traveler to insure we all enjoyed our trip. He handled every little problem in a professional and competent manner. He also had a very valuable understanding of the places we visited on our journey which provided us with important information at every point of the trip. He is a true asset to your company. Also, the local guides were knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic about their respective areas of the destinations we visited. Also, the accommodations were comfortable and well situated in each location and city. The itinerary was very well thought out and covered much of the most important sites geographically. Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Cosmos. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Cosmos will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
