The cruise was great - the dinner did not start until at least 7:30 pm. That was too late for us as it usually didn';t finish until about 9 then right to bed as our days were long and busy. Wish there was the option for an earlier dinner.Show more

Dear JoAnn, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your experience with us. Regarding the dining schedule, we've found that a 7:00 PM or 7:30 PM start is generally very well-received by our international travelers. However, we truly appreciate your feedback as we strive to balance everyone's needs. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! Best regards, Crucemundo

Dear Chandra, Thank you for your feedback. As there were no other English-speaking guests, we grouped you with the Danish group to avoid cancelling the excursions. We understand this may not have been ideal and appreciate your understanding. Your comments will help us improve future arrangements. As a returning customer, you'll receive a discount on your next visit. Looking forward to seeing you again. Best, Crucemundo

The entire crew was fabulous. The food was good, maybe prefer a lunch buffet with a salad bar for a lighter choice. The entertainment at night was the same musician singing the same songs every night. Maybe have some games or trivia to do. He could do name that tune. Overall was a great cruise !Show more

Unfortunately this cruise did not even come close to expectations. The one positive aspect was the crew. They were professional, courteous and overall just lovely to interact with. The MS Crucevita, however, is in real need of refurbishment. Cabins are very small, old and tired looking. The air conditioning only seemed to work at the front of the ship in the bar, not in the cabins, and it was unseasonably hot. The food, while usually presented well, was very basic and bland and almost tasteless. The quality of ingredients being disappointing. Unfortunately, the same was true for the wine that is included in the beverage package. It is large, boxed wine that really was a travesty for being in Europe. The only entertainment was an older gentleman playing music from the 40’s and 50’s on an electric keyboard, hence, the bar was almost always empty. The ports we docked in were usually in industrial areas, requiring a bus trip to get to anything scenic. The exception was an approximately 60 km stretch of the Rhine that was very picturesque, but this was only one day. For us, this was definitely not worth the money.Show more

Dear Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent cruise experience aboard the MS Crucevita. We truly value your input as it helps us understand our guests' perspectives and continually improve our services. We're pleased to hear that you found our crew to be professional, courteous, and lovely to interact with. We take great pride in our team's dedication to guest satisfaction. The problems with the AC was due to very hot weather, but the problem was fixed. We advise that the wine included in the beverage package is open wine. Another types of wine are offered a la carte. We truly regret that your cruise experience with us did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your constructive feedback. We are committed to making improvements based on your comments and hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future to provide a more enjoyable cruise experience. And we would like to offer a special discount for your next trip with us. Crucemundo
