Only thing I would suggest to get more time out of this trip to explore is flying to Santorini instead of the ferry, if possible. The ferry is an 8hour transfer and the flight is one so if you get the flights you get extra hours to explore. The breakfast was fine. In Santorini the hotel was located close to the capital with all the restaurants along the caldera. We had a trip by boat to the volcano. The water is rusty-brown an the closer you get to the solidified lava is getting warmer.
