Langhe, Monferrato, Roero
You'll be picked up at the airport and transferred to your accommodation in the UNESCO hills. Once you settle in, you can relax or head out to dinner at one of the local Michelin-starred restaurants in the area.

- Day 2
Barbaresco
After breakfast, you're heading to Monferrato to see the 'Underground Cathedrals' - UNESCO World Heritage tunnels where champagne is still made using traditional methods. From there, you'll visit a winery in the Asti area for a guided tour and tasting, then grab lunch. The afternoon takes you through the Barbaresco wine region with stops in Neive and Barbaresco village, including a cellar visit with tasting. Dinner wraps up the day at a Michelin-starred restaurant.

A family winery gives you a guided visit with vineyard walk and comprehensive tasting covering production methods and tasting techniques. Lunch follows at a local restaurant, then you'll visit either Grinzane Cavour Castle or Barolo Castle and its Wine Museum. A Michelin-starred dinner finishes the evening.
