for this tour the departures we have available right now are December 15th to 22nd 2026, and December 16th to December 23rd 2026 (which only has 4 spaces left). December 17th is our last departure until 2027, but this date is completely sold out - so unfortunately we do not have anything available for the 19th or 20th. Are your dates flexible to the 15th of December or earlier in the month even? As we do still have some availability then.

After checking with customers, they prefer between Christmas & New Year. Can you tailor make any packages?
  •

    Intrepid TravelOperator•Written August 2026

Our Tailor-Made team specializes in creating bespoke itineraries including trip leaders/ guides, transport, accommodation, activities and more! We incorporate all the core elements of Intrepid tours but we also have the ability to customize it to your preferred dates, destinations, travel standard and bucket list experiences. While we typically can create custom Tailor-Made tours, your request is unique - as the period between Christmas and New Years creates some operational issues, this close to departure. Many of our leaders in this region are already booked for these dates - or are on vacations. Additionally, during this period, some of the Christmas Markets begin to close and train schedules are affected as well.

However, if that is the case where yourself and travel partner are the only 2 on the departure we will notify you so you are aware and present you with options should you want to travel with others.

Our tours are very firm on the limits for travelers. As such, we would not be able to accommodate 2 of you. The next available date with adequate space for both of you is December 9th.
