I would highly recommend this tour company. They were always there on time and ready for the next adventure. They kept the groups moving and on time as well. I really appreciated having a Rep escort us to the airport at Puno to ensure we were all checked in with no issues. Most helpful. It was such a great time while in Cusco and Puno to only have the end of our vacation ruined by Avianca Airlines in Lima. Due to bad weather in Puno to Lima we were delayed therefore causing us to miss our connection to Rio de Janieo. We understood there was not another flight for 24 hours but Avianca wanted to charge us over 700.00. In addition they cancelled our flight originally scheduled from Rio to Miami on Sunday stating that since we missed the connection they canceled the entire route. ??? I’ve traveled the world and have nicer experience anything like this. Definitely put a spoil on the e d if our trip. Should you ever get a recommendation from a traveler as to which airline to use please deter them from Avianca Airlines. It is clear they do not want repeat customers.Show more
