I'm looking for a hard hiking tour at the end of May. Is this the hardest you have? How much walking is involved?

It is one of the hardest and longest trekking distance trip! However if you would love to do the longer route/trekking, I still can arrange the longer 2-3km route in Sapa for each day for you! This is the trekking details for this trip: Day 2: Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Homestay => Around 9-10km in a day. Day 3: Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Su Pan - Ban Ho => Around 8-10km in a day. Day 4: Ban Ho - Nam Toong - My Son => Around 12km in a day. Day 5: My Son - Thanh Phu - Sapa => Around 10-12km in a day.

Are there age restrictions for the tour?

The trek is intensive and might not be suitable for very young children or older adults with mobility issues; however, we welcome travelers of all ages with the necessary fitness level.

What types of meals are provided during the trek?

Meals provided during the trek are typically local cuisine, prepared to suit a range of dietary preferences and requirements.

What equipment is recommended for the trek?

For a safer and more comfortable experience, we recommend bringing climbing shoes and sticks, anorak jackets, and water bottles.
