Do we have dinner every night? Should I make arrangements for dinner the nights. Can we have snacks sent to the hotel we are staying. Can I confirm the name of the hotel?

The hotel is the Hilton Quebec City. You can order Grub Hub, etc if you would like. Snacks are also available for purchase in the lobby at the little store they have in the hotel. Dinner is not every night. 1 dinner is included and that is on the first night at the hotel.

Trying to find where pick up spots are or how that works. I am in Maine and wondering how to get to points of pick up.

The departure points are: Manchester, CT Springfield, MA. Springfield is probably the closest. A lot of people get a night at a hotel the day before departure. If doing Springfield, we recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites.

Could you please confirm if you will have available dates in January? preferably around January 20th.

The Winter Carnival only happens in early February. OUr tour is from February 8-11, 2024.

Do you offer additional tours like this after Carnival? In February. Or, can add-ons be added to this one? Like a stay at the Hotel Glaze?

This is the only departure we have for the Quebec Winter Carnival. That said, if you want to extend your stay we can put together an extension to the package for you.

Our group of eight really enjoyed our trip to Quebec City for the Winter Carnival 24. Our Tour Guide, Loretta, and our Driver, Andrew, were great. We stayed at the Delta for three nights. The welcome dinner was excellent, as were the buffet breakfasts each morning. Our groups rooms were right near the elevators on the sixth floor. The dining hall was near the elevators on the third level, making it very convenient. Hotel staff were very friendly. Tours of Distinction laid out a very nice itinerary for our trip, which included trips to Sainte Anne-de-Beaupre Basilica, Hotel de Glace (ice hotel) and the historic hotel, Chateau Frontenac. Lunch at the Parliament was a unique experience. We were assigned to an expert guide, Syvain, also known as "The Professor," for his vast knowledge of Quebec City, as well as his passion. Request Governor Frontenac as your guide at Chateau Frontenac. He was delightful. Highly recommend this tour. Make it even more fun with friends.Show more

There were many highlights to this tour that were unexpected (even though on the itinerary!) Lunch at Parliament House was fabulous as we had amazing food and got to see the inside of this beautiful building. We got to see lots of the old town and the tour of Castle Frontignac was outstanding. Loretta the guide from TofD was very caring with some of the more frail guests. The Ice Hotel was well worth a visit. Our VIP tickets for the parade gave us a fantastic view and we had a fabulous time. I thought the local guide could have spent a lot less time talking about history and more about Quebec today.Show more

Delta Hotel wasn’t that great with the restaurant not open for lunch. Our local guide was ok but he tended to go on snd on, but the regular guide didn’t do anything. We didn’t have any comminication from her and didn’t know what to do when we got there. We had no meet and greet meeting or anything. The front desk of the hotel told us when dinner was and lack of communication continued for the entire trip.We arrived at the falls when it was almost dark and barely had time to get a picture, let alone explore more. Delta Hotel’s buffet breakfasts were lacking. Most other food was good, especially the Parliment lunch. Quebec was beautiful. We liked the Ice Hotel the best. With some tweeks made, this could be a better tour.Show more
