Also on the one full day tour I wasn’t picked up because the company didn’t put my name on the list. But this was very minor in comparison to the next bit. The seconded I had to cancel myself because of the Coronavirus situation. I can’t even comprehend how this company confirmed moving on with the tour when all other companies cancelled the tours due to the border closings. The woman even said that even despite internal flight cancellations the tour is still moving forward. I can’t even fathom the stupidity or lack of respect for the traveler. This company never even sent a letter about the Coronavirus. Nothing not one word. No updates nothing. I will never book a tour with Signature Tours and might have to stop booking via Touradar and just go with gadventures which acted really well.Show more

At the time you started the trip, the excursions were normally operational in both destinations. Through the plattform I have informed about the Covid-19 crisis and the cancellation of some flights.   I am enclosing our 4 days proposal to Uyuni. Keep in mind that the south of Bolivia (border with Chile) is one of the most remote and least touristy places, and the journey from Atacama to Uyuni is a true off-road experience (terrain paths!). Therefore, we must always use 4x4 vehicles (the dry conditions make these tours more accessible and safer) and satellite communications. We are able to offer this experience only in PRIVATE service that will always be more comfortable for you, and the staff will be on your rhythm, and 100% dedicated to you both.
