We are interested in the 7 Days Cairo and Hurghada tour, but could not see detail on the accommodation. How do we find out the hotels that will be booked, and the room types? Is there a minimum number of people that need to book for the tour to run? What is the additional cost to make it a private tour?

We work with a variety of hotels but to specify a certain hotel it will be after booking. In Cairo for example Tolip Golden Plaza or Grand Nile Tower. The room type is for you to choose and I guess you need a double room?? If you book the tour then you are definitely will be on it regardless the number of people. We will add the cost ASAP

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 11th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Ancient Egypt Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Ancient Egypt Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Ancient Egypt Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
