    Your airfare was purchased as a group long before. The flights were booked and paid for; but not ticketed with the consolidator. That as a minute phone-call to have straightened out. We went above and beyond for you and your group considering the changes made by your travelers last minute. Regarding the insurance, and the reason your traveler had to cancel, we just refunded their deposit (which is not part of our terms and conditions) as it was much easier on her and we felt bad for her situation. Apparently, no good deed goes unpunished. We decided to take that up with the insurance company ourselves. According to yourself, a marvelous time was had in Iceland and all enjoyed the trip. It is unfortunate you feel this way and taking it out on us - 5 months after the tour. We wish you all the best.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
